....Suggestion:  Check the statement in: Stoystown history page....It indicates the "passenger train" served the area until two decades after the Lincoln Highway bypass was completed in the late 30's.

It should read:  Passenger service to the Stoyestown depot {in Kantner}, was abandoned about 1930.

Hi everyone! I just got on and saw the pics posted of the daisy visit. Just wanted to say Thank you so much for taking the time to talk to the girls. I am mom to 2 of them that were there and I also stayed and it was GREAT! Thanks again, and always be careful. God Bless
